We are looking for a Plant Production Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate all production activities in the plant
– Optimize the use of staff and production resources
– Manage the production activity of the lines while participating in the preparation of manufacturing schedules and guaranteeing their completion.
– Actively participate in new product development trials
– Manage production-related entities (maintenance, manufacturing, logistics)
– Monitor stocks of finished products and semi-finished goods
– Coordinate with the purchasing department to guarantee the availability of raw materials and components.

Job requirements:

-University degree in mechanics.
– 1 to 4 years’ experience in production and/or the metal industry preferred
– Excellent management skills: interpersonal skills and ability to listen
– Software skills: Autocad, Solid Works
