We are looking for a Plant Production Manager to join our team. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
– Supervise and coordinate all production activities in the plant
\n– Optimize the use of staff and production resources
\n– Manage the production activity of the lines while participating in the preparation of manufacturing schedules and guaranteeing their completion.
\n– Actively participate in new product development trials
\n– Manage production-related entities (maintenance, manufacturing, logistics)
\n– Monitor stocks of finished products and semi-finished goods
\n– Coordinate with the purchasing department to guarantee the availability of raw materials and components.<\/p>\n
Job requirements:<\/p>\n
-University degree in mechanics.
\n– 1 to 4 years’ experience in production and\/or the metal industry preferred
\n– Excellent management skills: interpersonal skills and ability to listen
